Coaching for Performance Under Pressure

Helping you move beyond the fears, triggers, and performance blocks that have been holding you back, so you can move forward with greater freedom, confidence, and ease.

Does any of this sound familiar?

You know what to do, but when the pressure is on, you overthink, freeze, or lose confidence.

Public speaking, performing, competing, interviewing, test-taking, or being evaluated brings up more anxiety than you want it to.

A past mistake or difficult experience has shaken your confidence and still affects how you perform now.

A particular person, task, or situation triggers a strong emotional or physical stress response.

For physicians and other healthcare professionals, executives and leaders, athletes, performers, and others who want to function with greater confidence and consistency when the pressure is high.

The goal is to reduce what is getting in the way so you can approach high-pressure situations with greater focus, confidence, consistency, and freedom.

Sessions are designed to be short-term, targeted, and efficient, rather than open-ended or ongoing weekly coaching. Many clients experience significant shifts within just a few sessions.

I wasn't sure how ART could help me, but after a few sessions, I noticed a shift in my responses to certain situations that used to be very triggering. I feel far more calm and confident when I'm in these situations. It is definitely worth trying.
